Christmas cheer!

I forgot one of the best pics from graduation! Little EmJ and Big EmJ together! Isn't she fantastic?

So Christmas! To begin...my parents got my family the most wonderul present this year....thats right we are going to Hawaii! We go the last week in January and it will be my and Rendo's first time! CAN'T WAIT! Along with the wonderful gift, Christmas was so enjoyable this year besides the fact that it totally snuck up and me and was gone before I even finished my shopping! Working retail means that my Christmas is a little short of a relaxing week off. Ren and I worked the day before and the day after Christmas. Thus, not leaving a lot of time for family but we managed to squeeze some in! This year Christmas was with my family so we drove to Twin Christmas Eve night and drove back to morning after Christmas. There truly is nothing better than spending time with my wonderful husband at my home with my family!

My little Princess! So good to see all of my nieces and my nephew! They are like little rays of sunshine!
Jensen family tradition! You have to wait on the stairs til Dad has the camera ready and Mom and Dad say you can come up. The kids were so excited to see what Santa had brought!
Two of the 4 little ones! Ella Bella and Daxy Doodle wouldn't sit still for the pic.
Just one of my adorable new outfits my hubby got me!
And finally a girls shot! I don't know what I would do without my Mom and sisters! They truly are the best friends I will ever have! Love you guys! And thanks family for the wonderful weekend!

Thanks as well to the Guthrie's for the fun celebrations here although they were a few days late! We got a new bed from Ren's parents and let me tell you, my back really appreciated it!

Hope your Christmas's were as fun and full of love and laughter as mine was! Happy Holidays!

Graduation=Bored to death...didn't see that coming!

So.... I truly can't begin to express my excitement when my graduation from college finally arrived! I never thought the day would come that I would never again would have to think of or be burdened by homework!! The freedom was something I couldn't even begin to fathom and it was with in my reach! So the day finally arrived that I graduated from college with a Bachelors in Horticulture emphasis in floral design! Now don't get me wrong...not having homework is truly wonderful but when all I have to do every week is work full time I sure do get bored and thus the reason I am going to try and start blogging more! Yay! Along with blogging I think I need some hobbies so if anyone has anything that they love to do I am open for suggestions!
Just celebrating my graduation with a cheesy thumbs up!

My absolutely phenomenal husband! Man I love that kid!
Oh just the parents who gave me the brains to make it through college! lol thanks for the support all those years!

And my wonderful sister...her and her lovely family were able to come to my graduation because they live in Rexburg! I was so thankful they were there for me! Dana and Lauren we missed you guys!

Our First Move

So Ren and I recently moved from our first apartment! It was a bitter sweet move for sure but it made the most sense for our little family. Our first apartment was in Rexburg where we were both attending school. Definitely a newlyweds apartment with one bedroom, and no storage space but we sure loved it....after all it was our home! here are some pictures!
Our cute kitchen...you can't really say it was little because its not but when you take into consideration the counter space it was Tiny!
Our bedroom that i absolutely loved was decorated in black and magenta...adorable!
Just the bathroom
And there we are, I sure loved our little home...so many memories there!
Bedroom

Not nearly as cute when its not decorated but we were sure glad to be done packing our stuff up! Here we come Idaho Falls!

Side note: just a little update on what we have going on in our busy lives. I just started my very last semester at BYUI therefore will be graduating in December in Horticulture! HOORAY! Rendo and I are both working at the Buckle now and Ren is training to become a Manager. We are hoping that he will be able to finish the training program and get his own store within the next year and then we'll be off to who knows where! I'll TRY and keep you posted! xo

Our 1st Holiday Season

First of all get ready for lots of pictures! So, this year my wonderful Hubby and I spent our first holiday season together and it was fantastic! We started in Twin Falls for Thanksgiving with my family and had a wonderful week vacation playing with the nieces.

Decorating the kid Christmas tree

Helping Momma cook dinner....yummy chinese food! My mom is the greatest cook ever and filled our tummies every meal over break! She even cooked us our own Thanksgiving meal just so we could have left overs!

The first picture of our first Christmas...Christmas Eve at the Guthries. We celebrated with the Guthrie's close family friends the Hustons and had a blast with them!
Yay for our Christmas jammies.....footies!

Christmas morning flashback.....footies and pigtails=little girls excited that Santa has come to visit!

Ren was thrilled with one of his presents from Santa, The Journal of Discourses, a 27 book series!
One of my favorite gifts from Rendo, the whole Twilight series! Yes, I've read them before but I have to have my own set for when I want to read them again!
Christmas with my family in Utah! Yay for clothes and books and my own acrylic nail kit! Thanks Momma and Papa :)
Showing little Maddie the beautiful picture of the Temple where Auntie Em and Uncle Ren got married! During our trip to Utah we also got to meet our amazingly adorable new nephew Daxton....sadly I walked away without any pictures :(

Our first New Years!
Yay for our 1st kiss in 2010
2009 was an amazing year! Both Ren and I's lives took turns we didn't expect but we ended up together and happier than ever! So many wonderful and memorable experiences (Russia, engaged, married etc) that have made 2009 one of my favorite years ever! 2010....you have big shoes to fill!
